What is the load capacity for each device?
- 1 Node: Supports up to 16 amps
- 2 Node: Supports up to 6 amps

Which appliances are not compatible with this device?
1 Node (16 amps): Suitable for heavy-duty appliances such as ACs, coolers, and similar high-power devices.
Devices with 10 amps load capacity: Ideal for lighting automation and moderate-power appliances.
3+1 Node: Not compatible with BLDC fans.
Circuit Breakers (with and without metering): Designed for heavy-duty appliances requiring up to 16 amps.
Why is the device showing offline?
If the device appears offline:
- It could be due to a weak WiFi signal.
- Restart your router to re-establish the connection.
- Ensure the device is within range of your WiFi network.
Can this device operate from outside the country through the app?
Yes, you can control the device remotely via the smartphone app, no matter where you are in the world, as long as you have an active internet connection.
What is the 2.4GHz band?
The 2.4GHz band is a standard WiFi frequency used for most smart devices. Ensure your router supports this band for seamless compatibility with the Touch Modular Switch.
How to configure the device with Alexa, Siri and Google Home?
The device is fully compatible with Alexa, Siri, and Google Home for voice control. Follow these steps for configuration:
- Open the respective app (Alexa, Google Home or Apple HomeKit).
- Add the device using the app’s instructions.
- Link your account and complete the setup.

How to identifying coloured wires for the Terminal?
Black wire: Typically the Neutral wire.
Live wire (Input): The main live input wire, connecting to the copper terminal between the toggles, is usually red or brown.
Output Load Wires: These wires connect to the individual toggle switches and carry the current to the load (e.g., lights, fans). They can be red, brown or blue.
For best results and safety, it’s recommended to have an experienced electrician handle the installation, as they will have a better understanding of the wiring process.
How to reconfigure the device?
To reconfigure:
- Restart the main MCB.
- Toggle the switch on and off 7–8 times until the red LED starts blinking.
This indicates the device is ready for reconfiguration.
